From UK - Now 27 - I have been training on and off for 5 years.
Previously did Alpha Pharma test prop and Winny for 7 weeks when I was 23. Far too early to do it despite asking and researching loads.
Back in the gym seriously for the last 12 months and have gone from 77kg - 87kg naturally. That growth has slowed significantly in the last 2 months.
