I know people progress at different speeds.
But wouldn't you want to know if your friend is on roids if he got as strong as you in less time and he kept bugging you that he is as strong and will surpass you quickly.
Because it would take me at least 6 months to go from 70's to 85's on the flat db bench under the same circumstances, and he did it in a month.
I'm just curious thats all.
He is like 6'0 175 . He did nothing while having time out. He eats 100 g of protein a day tops, basically his diet sucks ass. Besides his working out he is very lazy(no cardio). He sleeps around 6-7 hours a day.
My friend was working out for like 4-5 months in the summer of last year and got up to 75's on the flat db bench for 6-8 reps.
He just started working out in the beginning of feburary and he said he was db benching 70's. Now about a month later he says he is db benching 85's for 6 reps.
