Fitness Strength Training
I have had to modify my training since I am over 50, have arthritis in my hands and scoliosis. My back is strong enough, but the arthritis gives me a lot of problems with my grip... I am interested in picking up some tips about my workouts now that I have moved from free weights to a multigym.
My grandkids, one of my grandsons is in my profile picture with me. I don't have money or time for any other hobbies <G>
