Ok, after 2 days at the increased var dose, 15mg, I reverted back to 10mg because I found myself really edgy – like way over the top aggressive and irritable. And my throat felt thicker/narrower inside (hard to explain but I think you'll know what I mean, especially women who've done var...
Ah got it. Well I started with really low blood pressure and really healthy cholesterol levels. Hate to see that change but at least I have some wiggle room.
Thanks everyone! I took 3 doses yesterday with meals and wasn't nauseous.
George, just curious why the body fat % dropping is concerning? Overall weight remains stable but body fat percentage is going down. Eg:
Feb 22:
149.6lbs @ 36.2% bf
= 54.16lbs bf
Mar 5:
149.6lbs @ 33.9% bf
= 49.8lbs...
When I say I haven't noticed any significant strength/performance gains, I'm referring to very specific exercises where it matters most to me. I need explosive strength for short durations on a time trial for specific tasks.
Forgot to mention increased stamina, if that's the word I'm looking...
Hi everyone,
I have a question about if and how to increase my anavar dosage. I'm not sure how much background info you need sooo...
Some of you may remember me. I'm a woman in my late 30s who was a bodybuilder throughout my 20s. I fell off the wagon and have struggled with some hormonal...
I read the original post but not the whole thread so I apologize if this is redundant.
I'm in my late 30s (so, not menopausal), but I did have a serious hormonal imbalance where my testosterone was almost undetectable and all my other hormones were starting to crash too. I could not get any...
Can anyone identify an Anavar tablet – I'm told its 20mg – which is pale blue, oval/elliptical, and labeled A | G (line in the middle is a pill split)?
Re: Preexisting hormonal imbalance and self-medicating?
Hmm, ok I see what you're saying. But as you suggested, it depends on the starting point. If both women (22 years old & 40 years old, let's say) are 20 units of testosterone below normal functioning for their age, regardless of whatever...
Re: Preexisting hormonal imbalance & self-medicating?
I said my evening cortisol is low. Morning cortisol is fine. My cortisol is crashing after years of being too elevated which eventually caused all other hormones to crash. My body can no longer support elevated cortisol.
Also, a 22...
Re: Preexisting hormonal imbalance and self-medicating?
I should also add for any women reading this, if you have a persistent inexplicable hormone imbalance and also have a "non-hormonal" copper IUD, please see your naturopath to check your copper levels (note: blood tests are not an accurate...
Re: Preexisting hormonal imbalance and self-medicating?
Thanks! I had considered increasing DHEA to 50mg. How long was your wife taking it before noticing results?
Edit: Ah, Ibutamoren is MK-677, a sarm. I read logs that it does temporarily increase gh, but also increases cortisol (which is...
Re: Preexisting hormonal imbalance and self-medicating?
Well, I didn't notice much difference in my hormone balance from those changes I made like removing aspartame, though I certainly felt better, generally speaking.
I don't know much about high testosterone & low estrogen in women. But...
