I've been wanting to try out some olympic squats but I had a simple question on the form.I know its unlike a powerlifting squat which you tend to push hips back and sit back so I was wondering if the oly squat is just breakin at knees first and going straight down.It might be a stupid question...
I've done sust various times but I tend to do more long ester cycles myself.I've made good gains on sust but I've made better gains on test e also.When it comes to sust I prefer nile or karachi both give me soreness due to the prop ester crystallizing in the muscle.Omna's give me the same thing...
