Hi thanks for giving me detailed programmed ; i'm starting it from monday onwards since im on weekend today and will be back by sunday . few things that i want to ask :
1. I don't understand 4 days on two off rotation . does it means 4 days workout and then 2 days off ? or 2 days workout and 2 days off ?
2. How much weight i must lift ? as much as i can or i should start with lesser weights initially ? (i understand that i have to hit failure in every set)
3. you gave me 4 sets of exercise ; should i do each set per day (that is chest and biceps on one day ; legs on next day ; shoulders on 3rd day , back and triceps on 4rth day and so on ) or in combination of two (that is chest , biceps and legs on one day and shoulders , back and triceps on next day and so on )
Im grateful again for your kind interest and will keep you posted with my daily progress .
