Going from very low/no carb to normal carb intake will make you bloated initially and add water weight when you step on the scale. It will go away fairly quickly once your body gets re acclimated to having carbs.
To get more calories in eat more food, just that simple. Secondly all of those negative reactions that your body is having to keto is your body telling you that it needs carbs. Assuming that you're trying to lose weight it's as simple as burning more calories than you're eating. I don't know...
Thanks for the great replies guys.
There's an awful lot that I didn't and I'm sure still don't know. Good reads Doc, def gives me some things to consider that I hadn't before.
I think that you guys are right in the general consensus that figuring out what to do in accordance with a good...
Ok, thanks for the info. I didn't know that. I will definitely hold off until I have a clearer picture of what the underlying problem is.
Indicators from blood-work so far show poor renal function, so it may well be a kidney thing. I haven't been able to find much on the relationship...
Yea, I don't see raising T levels as a means to an end, I think there's a deeper issue. I'd just like to get a T boost to relieve some of the symptoms.
FWIW the entire 50lb wasn't muscle, but definitely more than enough of it was to cause some concern.
Thinking of starting either a TRT cycle or giving HCG/Chlomid a shot to kick-start things. I don't know nearly as much about AAS science as you guys though.

Thank you Dr. but when I've lost 20+lb of muscle mass, lost all sex drive, exhibit to a high degree all signs of low T, and my T levels have plummeted from the high end of the spectrum for someone my age to the low range for middle-aged men I'd like to fix it.
Although I'm sure that your...
Sorry to hear that bro. I'm worried about the same thing. If you were 40 that same doc would have had no problem writing you a script for test. For highly educated people doctors can be really, really stupid.
My worry is that since 132 is only slightly below the range of "normal" that includes middle-aged and old men they will opt to not prescribe me anything. I'm going to a traditional endocrinologist and not an anti-aging or HRT specializing Dr. because I'm concerned about my kidney and thyroid...
What are my options like for HRT at such a young age? After emphatically checking all of the boxes for symptoms of low T I got tested and had a total T level of 132. I was always a high testosterone kid and in addition to the now low T level I had a very low T3 level and high creatinine level...
