My results came back at 248 pcmol/litre should i inject some b12?am i low?If so,is it realy better to inject?Should i just do supps?Or even check out food with alot of it?

Is .25 that high?I'm takin androgel 2 doses/day (the manufacturer says its 50 mgs a dose but i doubt i'm absorningthat much test in my systeme (or am i ? that would eplain alot...) Also the arimidex i'm takin is not generic ,its from rx pharma so is it as strong?
