Had a total hip replacement at 35 and decided to start getting ripped - I won't go quietly into old age full that shit! lol I'm a PT in my 'spare time' and I love weight training - right now not sure if I'm going for powerlifting or bodybuilding. Legs are lagging due to the hip replacement but catching up steadily ( after spending a small fortune on physio and massage) and doing my first cycle in the hopes it will help me power through my leg building sessions
