Working out seriously for 18 months, before that i was someone who thought i 'knew' what i was doing!! Heavy weights, poor form, sore joints and muscles, no fat loss etc..... Started a programme called Athlean X Feb 2011 and havnt looked back. Lost weight, built stamina, toned up but now im after taking that one step further to get ripped and build some serious muscle and learn how to eat well (my biggest issue)
