I am an avid crossFitter/ crossFit instructor of 5 years. While I have no plans to remove CrossFit from my regime I would love to add a new challenge and that would be competing in a fitness Competition. I have a pretty good base going but I would like to seek out some expertise on how to go the extra mile and add more strength cycles that target specific muscles in my routine to cut down and get in competition shape.
Pretty much staying active and coaching are my hobbies in a very broad nut shell. I spend the majority of time I'm not at work either lifting or coaching and I am 100% happy with that. I enjoy looking for new ways to bring athletes in our doors and keep the current athletes happy. I am also a foodie so love to talk nutrition and learn as much as I can about it!!
