    Goals? Stats? Yes it is possible to lose weight (fat preferably) on a cycle but then trying two things at once just won't work out together, hence why theres a cutting and bulking cycle.

    who drinks milk and eats red meat while cutting?

    I completely cut out milk while cutting and have seen better results, plus I've read around that milk should be avoided when cutting due to its high sugar content. I haven't ate red meat in ages but it seems lean red meats (roast beef) are fine to eat.

    I believe you will lose fat and muscle no matter what when cutting, but the best you can do maintain muscle is eating enough protein (1g+ per pound of LBM weight)
