I'm over 55 years old but I stay in really good shape. What is a good female stack that you recommend for me? Should I be using anavar at 15mgs a day? I'm also looking to perhaps do TRT. What would be a good dosage of self TRT for a female? I read 10 or 25 mg a week of testosterone is good.
