Yeah, been hitting the gym pretty frequently over the past few months since, gained about about 6-7 lbs of muscle, so back up to like 176 or so....by the time I left Cancun to come home I was sick and pushing 167lbs or so as you can see in some the pics I posted after lol! Friggen mexican food...

Thanks for the great replies. Trip was good, girls were plentiful, but there could have been more sun....we got a cloudy week unfortunately. Anyhow, last day I was layed out with fever like symptoms....I came home with Pneumonia w mild...
I posted about 2months ago...started out at about 192lbs and had 8 weeks, which is not all that much, to get in shape to go to Cancun lol! I tried to change my diet cold turkey....and eat as CLEAN as possible. I'm 5'9" 1/2.... I'll post some pics....but bare in mind, my focus was to lose fat...
I agree with you on my chest....always been an issue. I bench about 225lbs for 8-10 reps...245 for about 5-6...275 for 2-3. And that would be going from 225, to 245, 275 obviously. I do dips, incline & flat flyes, pec deck, I have been doing cable cross overs.
