I am finally at my goal fat % (I think) and weight; and now it's time to build the muscle on without raising my body fat percentage! It took me over a year to get where I am now. Mostly, with A LOT of effort and discipline on my part; the last 15 pounds were lost due to a five week journey I experienced.
My goals now are to gain muscle weight while keeping a low body fat percentage, quit smoking, and become as fit and healthy as I can be for ME.
