You should start with 2 IU's postworkout. After each workout increase by another 2 IU's until you get to 10 or 12. You should do a searcf for "Monster's Insuline Primer". It is a good article and can help you out alot.
There are moving to another server, so it is up, then down, then up, then down. I would give it a couple days until it is running 100%. Biggie, TX, and Floris are pretty busy trying to get everything all back to normal.
I haven't done a cycle yet, I am planning on doing one this summer if I have the funds. I have been around these forums for a few months and I know that an all oral cycles is not advised. Why not throw in some test and stack it with one oral?
