I'm 32 years of age I play semi pro football for the San Antonio Warriors and I train MMA with Gracie Barra (grappling) work on my hands with golden glove boxers(local dudes) Im also a cave spelunker,rock climber,and extremist my big ass skateboards good if you can believe that too. I've been working out from age 11 and using weights at age 15 I bench 325 max and squat 780 max. I want my bench to be over 400lbs and squat over 900 and I will get there.
