    Sleep

    Sometimes during the night I have a quick twich, sort of jump in my sleep, like a slight "convulsion"...I hear this can occure from mag deficencies. I think dairy products contain mag. Might be why mothers tend to perscribe warm milk for insomia? just a theory I also get cramps in my arches...

    what turkey?

    too much sodium in most processed deli turkey...Ask for Boar's Head low sodium turkey. Better yet - my deli roasts a fresh bird every few days. Nothing beats it on a whole-wheat wrap with honey-mustard!
