i am 15 years old and i weigh 145 pounds currently and want to get up to 165 by the end of the 2009 year. I have put on 10 pounds in 2 months and 20 pounds in 7 months, before I was as motivated as I am now. I go to the gym 3 times a weeks usually during the school year. One day i work out biceps and triceps, the next day i work out legs, and the last day i work out chest, back, and shoulders. I do a lot of abs before my workouts because i love doing them.
