My back workout last night went awesome! I was able to increase the weight on all lifts and still maintain the same number of reps. Mmmm, tight today... KILLED THAT SHIT! :evil: *Sharp pain in the hip is more noticeable today, too. :worried:

I like gyms that are multi-functional/hardcore... boxing gyms are GREAT! They smell like sweat and iron and there are usually very few douches strutting around. The gym I'm at now is as close to that as I can get here, although there are a few too many high school punks to make it perfect.

You still tugged it to sausage. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
