This is my first post on this board but I am a lurker than constantly reads the forums here and in a couple other venues. It doesn't mean tI won't ask a stupid question but I do hope you'll give me some input. I'm 31 yrs. old, 5'11 190 about 8% bf. I am no longer a competitive athlete but...
