What if you order for personal at home use? will the feds track you down through mail ?

did this come a bottle ? I just got some that looks like it small , no cuts.. mine is from china red dragon... i had bad headaches the first day and i thought , ok this is normal.... but after that no side effects... not hot or shaky like i have felt before
