This week I'm back to the gym after a car accident just over a year ago, and starting from Ground Zero! YIKES! Still have ower back pain but the torn rotator cuff seems manageable if I am careful and use correct form and weight.
Body fat way too high right now, muscle tone horrible, strength is in the toilet. I lost it ALL. BUT I know I can start to rebuild and make progress again....at 52 I do not expect miracles but I can see no reason not to be in decent shape with good strength for my age
