chemistry question.... if you are running test of any ester and you are not on an AI, but are not showing any signs of gyno or anything else... is it possible for your estrogen to be high enough to actually make you gain body fat?
Do you feel pressed tabs are a more reliable accurate dose oral comparably to a hand capped capsule which contains filler and your not sure how cut it is?
Can I emulate a mens lifting routine or do I need to make specific adjustments ? Is flat bench press recommended for a woman or would cable flies be better? I just wanted to make sure I dont do anything to risk my body.
