    I've trained several females that have had breast implants, do nothing for 4 weeks, then week 5 use machines only and no weights or very little weight (so u only just feel some resistance) slowly increase in weight over the next 12 weeks until you are doing your old pre op weights.     Totally agree, you should stay off Cycle till u r 100% recovered, but if that's not in your mind set then only use testC or testE to help keep your bloods more consistent , pin Monday and Thursday for example. And tapper off for last 2 wks before starting ya pct

    How much water do you drink on cycle?

    6l or 1.5 gallon is what I have on cycle, and 4l or 1 gallon normally. FYI everyone doing weights should drink at least 4% of their body weight per day.

    How much can you bench? How strong is EF!

    I don't care how much I bench. It varies from workout to workout, the more I pre exhaust my chest the less weight I can bench. So I don't care.
