Boating and camping all weekend. Short late night session before another busy week.
Hit a new low of 78.8kg. This is a 17.2kg drop from my recent heaviest. I couldn't be happier.

I've notice that my muscles feel fuller even while getting leaner. Part of me is tempted to finally join the AAS side, but im still tossing up the idea of more kids.

So I’ve managed to still squeeze out some time for myself and keep up the gym routine while the house is down with the sickness.
