Woke up and weighed in at 79.8kg, which is a new low. I haven’t been this light in years. I feel like my body composition is slowly improving even as i get lighter. I know you look bigger leaner, but I still think I’ve put on some muscle.

Watched the UFC on sunday and caught my boy Strickland get the dub live.
Second time he's won the belt as a betting underdog. Shit got me feeling like anything was possible, so i hit the gym hard tonight.

Did my first early morning fasted workout. I used to workout fasted in the morning all the time. I struggled with it but I think I’ll get used to it if I keep doing it.

Had a pretty big appetite today. Mostly because i had cricket, gym and then rugby all within 2 days.
The days I have heaps of activities I get hungrier than normal.
