how long should i stay on the nolva for? im taking 40mg ed now and it did increase a little bit but its now got abit stable so i want to come off now

thats good news and regarding the puffiness with me i noticed as the lumps got smaller the puffiness went away but thats not with everyone aome people have small fat deposits that can be really hard to burn off just keep at it and hopefully the puffiness will go away too

yeah that is a really good idea but my problem is im going on holiday soon and wont be able to keep it up there plus iv been on for ages i need to come off and give my self a break iv stopped taking the adex now and on tamoxifen 40mg ed

the lump has gone abit bigger and nipples gone puffy again this is really frustrating i dont think itl go without surgery

btw iv tried letro and i got all the bad side effects but it didnt do nothing for gyno , for me the adex works

im at 10% bf so i dont think its that as in quite clean i took 40mg nolva yesterday and it really made a difference ,today the lump has gone small again so il just have to wait and see

quick update on a quarter tab of adex with 20mg nolva its the third day today and lump in slowly starting to increase in size any advice on how to get around this plz???

update started taking 1/4 of a tab of adex and still taking 20mg nolva ed iv noticed the lump keeps changing in size sometimes it gets a little bigger and at times it goes really really small but every morning when i wake up it remains the same size from when i started the taper so far so good

quick update second day on half a tab or adex and 20mg of nolva and so far so good its going well it gets a bit big n then goes small again throughout the day but its always soft so thats allright.

yeah thats what im going to do iv read thst nolva reduces the effects of adex but im going to give it a shot and see how it goes il keep you updated

quick update 5th day of tapering and not sure but i feel as the lump has got slightly bigger is it wise to also throw in nolva with the adex if so at what dose

iv took a day off the gym going back tomorrow will see what happens stil tapering off the adex 5th day at 3/4 of a pill dont feel any difference i really hope i dont get a rebound being very carefull
