Slept 7.5hrs, felt great agter I had some vital sleep capsules
Warm up on treadmill for 15 mins at 6.5 speed and 4 incline
Squats
Set 1, 65kg, 10 reps
Set 2, 85kg, 8 reps
Set 3 and 4, 100kg, 6 reps, went nice and slow, on the way down and way up,
Walking lunges...
