on a typical day i wake up @ 5:30 go to the gym around 7
8 or 8:30 i eat a bowl of oatmeal and piece of wheat toast w. a glass of orange juice
12 or 12:30 i'll eat a large salad w. no dressing and shredded chicken or tuna fish w. no mayo and a glass of water
2:00 i eat about 2 cups of...
i had a baby about 11 months ago and after i had him i gained about 40 lbs. i know there is no miracle in a bottle that is just goign to make the fat vanish over ngith but what would be better to get me started? ECA or clen? i've heard mixed things about both. and i do workout 4-5 days a week...
