    getting some lean gains on sarms

    training 3-4x at the gym. Doing the gym rat thing. I’m currently 185 lbs and 5’6” I’m about 17% body fat. 37 years old. Looking strongly at trying gw501516 and some s23. What would be the dosing on those? I’m looking for some lean gains from sarms can you give me some advice on that?
