My everyday diet is :
Break- 30g oats with water, protein powder to taste, cinnamon, half banana, egg white with 1or2 whole eggs scrambled.
Coffee black.
Snack- 120g Greek yogurt with 3 prunes,
Lunch- 1rye bread or 100g of carbs(rice or sweet...
