I’m very new to fasting and I’m curious how I can start with it. My main goals are health and also body fat loss. Can you give me some fasting protocols that have worked for you that a newbie to this can start. I’m 228 lbs and I’m 5’10” and I would like to lose about 10 or 15 lbs and get healthier.
