When you do military press, would it be the same if using dumbbells?(standing) The gym i go to only has a small EZ curl bar to add custom weights and dun have the straight one
For the beginner program 3x5, do we increase weight by 2.5% on every fridays like the 5x5 program?
Do we need to do the ramping weight?
Do we follow the same core description like the 5x5? (instead of doing 5 sets for intermediate we do 3 sets?)...

I'm new, I just started 2 weeks ago, never weightlifted before. I want to work these muscles 2x a week (I'll fit legs in there once this is ok).
My main question is the -> sun-fri schedule....would this be overtrain or is it alright...
Sun - Shoulder/tricep
Monday - X
Tuesday - Chest/back/biceps
Wednesday - Shoulder/tricep
Thursday - X
Friday - Chest/back/biceps
Sat - X
tues and wed would it be overtrain? for the triceps
