    How much test prop do you need?

    I have a question about using test prop. How much of it do you think that I would need? I would like to build more muscle mass. Currently 5'6", 167 lb. I would like to put on 20 lb. Do you think 500 mg total a week and then splitting up the doses three times a week works?
