I am from Canada. We do not have the option of a new family doctor. The vast majority of the population doesn't even have a doctor, with the terrible shortage here in Canada and most people have to use the walk in clinic.

I haven't been tracking but trying to keep up the higher protein and less carbs. I start Bootcamp tomorrow, doc said take it easy and stop if my body hurts, but some weights and movement shouldn't do any damage...

No, why would I need digestive enzymes? Shouldn't my body make those itself? I didn't realize digestive enzymes were necessary?
I will add some probiotics. I find the laxative properties of magnesium makes me not need metamucil. Metamucil give some terrible stomach cramps also.
