If you are just trying to lose weight, it's simply a matter of burning more calories than you're taking in -- you will lose weight. Personally, I used the LoseIt app to track diet & exercise and it worked incredibly well, I highly recommend that app.
What was your dosage of TB 500, and how long did you run it? How long before you started to feel like it was working? Did you do sub q site injection or inject in the abdomen area?
Has anyone tried test sub q? I've been reading about the advantages of this method vs IM, I would be interested in opinions or experiences of sub q test injecting.
