Cool.. I agree. I have to get back in to the right habits.. I used to have a great diet, and after you get in to the habits, it's not that bad. It's just getting back in to those habits is rough. Prob will end up waiting a few months and be jacked for xmas.. lol Either way, I do understand...

Awesome, thanks for the advice guys... Looks like I have to spend some time in the diet section of the forum.. Eating clean is rough, I have been working out for a while now but gained some weight after I got the gyno surgery. They didn't allow any exercise for 4 weeks, running light, etc...

I have a question... If I'm 20% BF or more, what's wrong w/ juicing? I read a few times that it's an issue.. I also read that more muscle is essential to burn more calories. I was thinking of doing a test e only cycle w/ GH.. Can you tell me any negatives of juicing w/ high bodyfat? Thanks...

Trust me.. I realize gyno sucks.. ha. I'm looking in to surgery where they remove the glands. That "supposedly" makes it so that gyno can not come back.. That's why I'm asking. It would be 1 more positive to getting it done...

I have an appt for surgery consultation in the beginning of May, seems like I can prob get the surgery beginning of June. Will this screw up my entire summer? I don't want to get sun on the incision b/c of scarring. And I'm not sure how long it takes before it's not really noticeable...

Hello, is there any PCT for HGH? It seems like after 6 - 12 months of use, we should do something to bump our natural HGH. I did a search for "PCT HGH" and "PCT GH" and I couldn't find any results. Thanks.

My gyno is flaring up. Was thinking about taking 10-15 pumps 3 times a day. Is that bad? Ha. I'm trying to get rid of the Estrogen. Please let me know if you have any idea if you can overdose on it.. I want to stop the gyno now... Thanks for your help...
