I've never been so busy; I'm busier than ever. I don't think think dropping prices is a good idea. Try to do more groups instead; you charge less per person, but you end up making more. How do YOU ask a client for PAYMENT??
On the first visit I alway give them a choice weekly, biweekly or monthly. But I tell them no matter their choice I expect to be paid on time. www.personaltrainermatch.com- boubou
