Chest day to kick the week off.
Riding the reta train and already down 2kg with about 8kg to go.
Cycle and traing still currently the same. With about 1hour of cardio a day.
Im considering switching up my training split to a P/P/L rest P/P rest repeat.
Little leg day due to a acetabular hip labral tear slowing me down among some other medical issues .
Also fighting off the man flu 😵💫
But we just get on with it.
Diets been on point this week.
