When i re-enlisted in the army they gave me a book bag with a "trx" in it. Tried a couple exercises and it seems like it has potential. Any one else have any experiences or critique of these?
Also ive noticed some are really hard when you increase the angle greatly and with a 20lb weight vest...
The cables are the only machines i ever use. I don't think many on here would ever argue that machines are better. This isn't the snap fitness forum Amirite ?
If you have no lifting experience I wouldn't do the oly lifts until you have some one to teach them as they are very technique dependant.(I rarely do them) I'm personally a fan of the big 3. Dead lift, squat, and bench press. Although I stick with an incline bench because of a shoulder injury...
Not the answer you probably want but focus on the diet and add weight lifting into your program. I wouldnt recommend any chems but I don't think you could go wrong with a good protein powder, and green tea/coffee (caffeine) pre-workout could help. Even an actual Pre-workout supplement might...
Everything Ive been told was never bulk until your around 12%. Even then put the effort in and do a clean bulk (little over maintenance), you'll have results to be proud of.
