    Thanks for the help. I don't think it's joint pain, since I feel it half way down my arm. FYI i'm 29. If I have osteoperosis I'm going to be pissed.

    Bones Hurt

    When I try to go heavy on ez-curls, it feels like my forearms want to snap in half. I can do my goal of 8 reps per set, but after a while my bones start to hurt. This happens with other exercises too. I wish I could say I am so strong that I've reached my physical limit, but no. Suggestions?
