can someone help me with an eating plan to gain muscle.
im 19 about 5.6/5.7 feet tall. probably about 15% bodyfat.
Im going to be working out about 4/5 times a week.

At the moment im not eating well, i have alot of 2 minute noodles and junk food purely because i havent had a proper eating plan, but i have cut it out in the past before and its very easy for me so i will be more than happy too. i seem to have a fast metabolism since i pick up up no weight...
ok cool if i dont need them id rather not take them to be honest. What sort of diet plan should i be on and some sort of workout routine to build muscle, i would really appreciate it.
Only reason was considering steroids is because a friend of mine said i should take them.
