    Rest day: Had a big day at work with some assessments which went pretty well luckily! Hit some sauna that evening and compression boots. Do work on my feet so recovery can take a bit of a backseat at times admittedly but it’s the reality of the situation. Powered by Gold Standard @RegenexPharma

    Seems microdosing is a good way to combat the sides and still reap some benefits. Have been feeling good across the board. Will likely give it a few weeks and possibly go with an extra 5mg daily in last 4 weeks and slightly up the Clen but keep everything the same otherwise
