    Diet Plan

    Thanks for the feedback. I'll add some peanut butter to my diet. My healthy fats are a little bit low in my opinion and that should help out. I'll be covered on the BCAAs since my new protein has some 5 odd grams of that per serving. I'll be sure to stock up on creatine and glutamine.

    So if I'm reading into this right, would there essentially be less protein by me buying a carton of liquid egg whites and drinking them than if I were to simply cook egg whites?

    Hey all. I've been bulking for a while and believe that it's time to tone up a bit... this is priarmily due to the stretch marks that i've been getting. Got the one between my chest and shoulder (2 bigs ones to be exact), a bunch on my biceps, a few big ones on tris, and a ton on my quads...
