What's a ballpark figure in terms of how much I can realistically gain on a test 500mg p/wk cycle? I'm pretty close to my natty peak, stats are; 37/5'8/182lbs about 16%, currently dropping that 16% down to hopefully around 13/14% before I start. Have zero issue's putting down calories. I...
