I am new to this site but I've read your info for quiet a while.
I'd like to know your view point on this cycle. I´m a begginer...this is my first cycle! I have lost weight lately and the focus now is transforming and becoming shape.
I´m 30 yo, 176 cm, 78 kg - 5'9", 172 lbs

I´m already at the 5th Week I saw some changes on my body but it was not enough.
I still have no idea about the post cycle. As I tolds this is my first cycle and I´m doing it by myself, so if you guys can help me to improve this I´d appreciate.
