    cold cuts as protein sources

Can you re-word the question, mate?? The latter part makes no sense! If you just want to know if cold cuts of meat will suffice to get your protein intake, then of course! Its real food and a prime protein source! Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

    vitamins and urine changing color

B6 will turn it bright yellow, but cannot understand what's going on with you mate?! Is there beet extract in there? Beets can alter urine colour, I believe. Centrium are a leading brand. I really doubt its the vitamins! Do you have urinary tract symptoms??? Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

Tips for bringing out the lower lat, please?!?

Hi Steve, back day consists of a few sets of alternating grip pull ups, dumbbell rows - usually overhand. Since I posted this, I did have a look on YouTube and learned that underhand rows hit the lower lat Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

    bulking diet with small budget

For a cheap bulking shake, 2-3 whole eggs(raw), cup of milk, 30gs of oats, a banana, maybe so natural yoghurt with probiotic, blend it up and whallop!! Protein, BCAA's, omegas, cholesterol, slow release carbs etc.. Omelettes are winner. Can add allsorts of them! Get into One Pot cooking using a...

    Oatmeal every morning?

Hi Steve, I use oats in my home made protein shake. 2 full raw eggs, 30mgs of oats, a banana and cows milk or soya milk. The oats make for a great slow release whack of carbs. I have this twice a day. Blend them up and 'jobs a-good-un'! Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

    Success stories

Mate, minoxidil is the one! 5% twice daily applications. I have grown a whole new head of hair! I was using on on face to grow out some patchy areas which lead to heaps of new scalp growth! However, some does seem to end up systemic so you do get hair growth in other areas. There's a group on fb...

    Deca and Sust

Defo! I was dosing arimidex .5mgs EOD. But in future I'll dose it every day. You never stop learning in this game! Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

    Deca and Sust

Deca does seem to compete better at the receptor sites from what ive learned which leads to higher conversion of the test to estrogen, so you gotta be on the ball with your AI, IMHO. The reason why I'll prob not run a progestin again is cos you don't really know whether your sides are estrogen...

    Testosterone preference

Sust is great, but you have to think about the longest ester. It take 3 weeks to clear so if you run sust for whole cycle, the end becomes a right ball ache! Maybe do half a cycle with sust and switch to cyp or Enan. Much easier to close of a cycle that way and start PCT, IMHO :) Sent from my...

    Can aas cause insomnia?

I stopped m-tren due to the sides! Couldn't sleep for shit, and when I did, I wake up in a bath of sweat! Cough started, too.. I ticked all the sides boxes within a few days. Mega powerful stuff but a bit too much at the time. I'll revisit next winter I suspect Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk

Gyno on Test E + Tren E (blood work done, please see, help)

Ah OK, I thought the prolactin rose, also?!? I've read that the progesterone mimics the E2 hence the sides you'd expect with high E2! Sent from my X7 using Tapatalk
