I fly for a commercial Airline for 21 years now. Trying to stay fit while flying is a challenge in itself. Long days, little sleep, irregular sleep hours, and access to bad food at best. Airport food is bad, hotel food is not much better if the restaurant is even open when you get there. Just trying to figure out how to make this all work.
