training to get trim and toned. i am transgender. considering a martial art for small lightweight skinny people like me. any suggestions? i don't expect people here to get what i am but i am what i am and that's that.
i have the dilemma that if i train i build and all i want to do is tone and stay small. i do body weight core exercises only for my 'gym'.
i watch my diet very carefully and i never eat sweet stuff ever
