    I think something else you might see is that t3 will increase your appetite. Since the metabolism is speeding up, so will your hunger.

    I work pretty early in the morning. I always like to eat a bowl of oatmeal and have two cups of coffee before I go. Coffee kind of amps me up like the fat burners do. I would try coffee next time instead.

    For all you Repptoe fans...

    You'll love it. I actually went down in my squat 5 rep max after reading the book and correcting my form. However, my adducters and hamstrings were sore as hell with less weight after correcting my form. Very good book with lots of pics.
